Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days (where available)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (select locations only)

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress at any time.

Delivery Information

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen carrier delays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you promptly.
