30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Free Return Shipping

We offer FREE return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
